Giving to the Oxford Indian Society

The aim of the Oxford Indian Society is to celebrate India and its diversity. As a society, we strongly believe in the idea of "Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam" (global oneness). Our activities are centred around promoting Indian culture (music, food, festivals) and contemporary intellectual thought through organising a range of talks and debates. We also hold joint events with other Oxford societies. We regularly use our events to support/ raise funds for assisting charitable institutions. In the past, we have donated to charities like "Asha for Education", "Bhopal Medical Appeal", "GiveIndia" and "Jamghat". Our commitment to the charitable cause will always remain one of the driving forces behind our activities.

Gifts will be directed towards the Indian Society's area of greatest need.
